Clear Lake Regional Medical Center offers various classes and support groups

Bay Area Better Breathing Club – an educational and social support group for individuals with lung disease. Anyone who has been diagnosed as having a pulmonary disease, including COPD, asthma or any other chronic lung disorder can join. Family and/or friends who provide assistance to individuals with lung disease also are encouraged to join. No fee.
